She is a versatile personality with both the bigger picture perspective as well as an eye for the detail. Her core skills and competencies stem purely from her experience and her abilities to run people and systems are built around that. Fundamentally a people-person, she has contributed to the learning and development business by creating and delivering content. She believes in the fundamental principles of people management and has always succeeded in quickly developing and nurturing rapport with all she interacts with - be it in the training room, or her colleagues in the organization.

Her recent initiative in Paradigm Shift is Asthtva- Women's Development Division of Paradigm Shift which has taken due cognizance of the continuous expansion of women in both Corporate and non-corporate population in a global and inter-cultural perspective, at various levels of management and achievements.

A versatile, emotionally intelligent, vibrant, passionate and articulate person would probably be her fitting description.

Starting her career as an academic counselor for NIIT, 11 years ago, then moving on to event management for a few years, she found that her thirst for pushing her skills further got the better of her. She also worked for a media house. From being in front of the camera to behind it, marketing to public relations, Aishwarya has tried it all. Life-skills training was something she was a natural at. After 11 years of work experience in various fields, Aishwarya found that training was second nature to her and she pursued it for 6 years. With an undercurrent of desire to impact people's lives in a bigger way, she joined Asthtva - a company working for the betterment of women. Her life skills training experience and her strong convictions towards empowering women have given her a sense of 'home coming' at Asthtva.

At Asthtva, she manages the promotional aspects of the company apart from marketing the concepts and selling the idea of empowering women
