Flagship Program
Eve teasing, sexual harassment and muggings are incidents which are inevitable. Concerned about the high rise in crimes, we have designed programs that aim at personal safety and security.
GITT

False Evidence Appearing Real
"Keep your fears to yourself but share your courage with others"

- GITT is a course that anybody can do regardless of age, body shape and fitness level
- GITT uses advance knowledge of brain functioning to counter the rush of adrenaline and cortisone when you are attacked and enables clear motor function
The self defense workshop does not try to teach women how to do drop-kicks and complicated Judo somersaults. Instead, it combines very practical and useful everyday maneuvers, which can be easily achieved by any woman.
