Movement/ Dance TherapyThis is an innovative program designed specially for self-renewal, personality development and stress management. This program is based on the belief that the mind and body are inter connected and motion and emotion work together. The state of the body can affect attitude and feelings both positively and negatively, which in turn, will influence your work or your life directly.

The program uses natural movement of the body to enhance self-confidence, leadership capabilities and communication skills. It also serves as an ideal outlet for suppressed feelings or thoughts, relaxing one's mind and body in the process - a combination of fitness, rejuvenation and fun filled learning program.
