Asthtva, like the word, conveys a multitude of meanings like rebirth, new beginning and more appropriately, The Defining Identity.

We work to empower women, to get them to be able to share, learn and break out of stereotypes to become accomplished individuals. Our various programs and workshops use unique training techniques to give them the skills needed to excel.

Asthtva is committed to meet the complete learning and development needs of women. Founded in Oct 2007, the company is dedicated toward imparting women with skills needed to excel.

How it all began...

More often than not, when a woman expresses her feelings, the more the expression she finds, the more she needs to express. Women's lives are shared by those around them, but their hearts belong to them alone.

Women are also uniquely in touch with their emotional side of life.Sometimes, this uniqueness gets lost in the mundaneness of every day life. To help women identify and re-establish their identity, Asthtva was created.

For a number of years, Tharuna Hinduja Shah had envisioned the creation of a community for women; a haven where the celebration of womanhood is at its fullest. As the vision grew and blossomed over the last several years, decisions were made on how to make the dream a reality - and with the help of her team, Asthtva took shape.

Proud to be out of it's nascent stage, Asthtva now has completed a year of it's existence. And Asthtva has helped many women find theirs. From self defense to self improvement, from Corporate dressing to total makeovers, Asthtva is forging a way for the woman of today, who strongly believes in having an identity of her own.
